When Boston musician Federico Balducci approached me about a collaboration, I was instantly intrigued. His music is a complete, lavish paracosm unto itself, philosophically informed with signature identity. I knew something great and new would emerge. Federico suggested we build everything around the subtractive colo(u)r model, thus infusing shape and form into this CMYK project. Each piece is influenced by its hues, and each transforms static tone into shape-shifting prisms of musical uncovering. I hope you enjoy. Thanks for listening.
