Another one from the archives...this recording from the year 2003 at CalArts. It was a session organized by my old friend Jeff Crouch. The group featured the incredible saxophone/flute player Vinny Golia and equally stunning drummer Paul Kikuchi. Jeff's charts showed the way as we sailed multidirectionally into the seldom heard beyond. This was a period of major opportunity and growth for both me and Jeff, and I'm very glad to share this distillation of our shared musical explorations. Devin McNulty's detailed recording was a pleasure to work with all these years later. Thanks as always for listening.
