I am very fortunate to have such brilliant and supportive musical partners here in Athens, Georgia. Kathleen Duffield and John Norris share the common thread of study with Tom Knight, he of Waterfalls by TLC, among many other landmark musical achievements. What a fantastic treat to play amidst two drum powerhouses...my experience was full-on acoustic stereo saturation. Kathleen and John both balance groove with nuance and inventiveness, and we all enjoy departures and landings equally. This sets the experiential bar high, music as physical transformative action. Thanks so much for listening.
