I was humbled to be invited by Conserere in Milan, Italy last year to conduct a three-day masterclass on improvisation. It was an intimidating prospect for sure but once it got going I was buoyed by the supportive and focused energy of two dozen of the finest musicians I've ever heard. There were a lot of "pinch me" moments and a lot of laughter and I learned so much about so much. It was a beautiful check-in with the importance of healthy community and the boundless growth that inspires. Our concert was a lifetime highlight. Grazie mille to my new friends. Thanks as always for listening.
