Several threads across time wove together to create this music. It's a solo acoustic guitar performance in one take, compression pumped up to better hear/feel the overtones, sympathetic resonances, and additional harmonic material present. A voicing one octave lower is added for extra bigness, but most of what you hear isn't transparently broadcasting the lower range. Play what you know, play what you love; I did that, and also played what I don't know, and what I've set free. (There's a song there.) So definitely some approaches new to my repertoire, mixed with information coming from somewhere beyond my reckoning welcome to kick back and relax into the picture. Thanks as always for listening.

One of my favorite albums ever! It beautifully captures the sound and spirit of where we live. I was honored to be the engineer for the session, and it is a highlight in my history as a record mogul. Killick
