It's a joy to work with the brilliant singer Martin Howth. She weaves layers of voice and breath in real time, transcending repetition with elasticity and coterminous evolution. This was a very quiet session allowing us both the chance to listen and respond down to particulate detail. All the handling noises and granular timbres create additional layers of directness. I love the suspension of timescale and the finely shaped intonation throughout. Thanks as always for listening.
